Hi Dave, I was recommended to go the RCV by a good friend as I normally go to the main dealer in Maidstone for the servicing of my Defender 90. I phoned for a quotation and you were able to give me a price instantly which was some £132 cheaper than Land Rover. The vehicle was turned around within a day and the courtesy car was very useful. As you now know, my 2 year old Range Rover was serviced by you after I had experienced very indifferent service my Land Rover. You also managed to rectify the bad idle speed of the engine, something that Land Rover had 3 unsuccessful attempts trying to cure. The whole experience I found was very friendly and you told me exactly what the costs would be before starting the repairs. Dave, My Discovery came to you for its first service and you managed to do this for £135 cheaper than Land Rover. Also you fitted the towbar and all the work was done without any hassle what so ever. Well done and keep the good work going.

I took my Freelander to a local main dealer and was told it required a new radiator. I was not fully happy with their diagnosis and asked you for a second opinion only to find out that it was a coolant hose leaking not the radiator. I will bring it to you for all my servicing from now on. Thanks George Swan
