Why Service your Land Rover Discovery?
The Discovery is arguably the Land Rover flagship vehicle and is probably the largest and most robust off-roader. As such these vehicles are often driven over pretty challenging terrain. By servicing your Land Rover Discovery at RCV after your Land Rover service plan has expired, or if you bought second hand, you will be choosing to maintain your vehicle in the best condition, retaining more of a resale value and optimizing the performance for which the Discovery is known. Land Rover Discovery Service
With the Discovery being equally at home in the city and off-road it is easy to rack up the miles! Even if you don’t take full advantage of the vehicle’s off-road capabilities you will need to keep your Discovery fully serviced to ensure its many features continue to function. Our interim service is also referred to as the 6 month service. Your interim service will be due after 6, 12, 16 or 20,000 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes sooner. This will ensure that your Discovery is ready to live up to its name between full services (every 12,000 miles or 12 months), offering drivers to rest easy in the knowledge that their vehicle is roadworthy and fulfilling its potential. As with all of our interim service packages your Discovery will benefit from an oil change and a brand new filter, while your vehicle’s exhaust, brakes and suspension will all be checked.
With an RCV service there will be no nasty surprises. After your vehicle has been fully analysed using the industry standard VHC (Vehicle Health Check) we will always get in touch before any work over and above the service is carried out.
