Both Jenny and Martin kept me informed with cost , progress and any mishaps like my seized wheel but When I move up to Derby in October seriously considering driving down for my services work
I have been coming to RCV for multiple years now and am always pleased by the courtesy and professionalism that I encounter at every stage. From the initial phone call to remind me that I am due to have a service through to the explanation of what work needs to be done, and even what can be delayed. This level of professionalism extends through to the final bill which is always explained thoroughly and at a level I can understand. A final note, this visit was the first time that I received the email service report which I think is a brilliant idea. See you next time.
Laura was exceptionally helpful, she had a good understanding of the vehicle history, the problems we were experiencing and was extremely resourceful when it came to the tyre problem. Her customer service is very good with nothing being to much trouble. Laura in my opinion is an asset to your team Frances Staples.
Having been to main dealership for years and years and been left with a sore taste in my mouth on cost and customer service, you are like a breath of fresh air. I have been in twice now with small issues you have solved without charge, when I had a bigger issue you changed the diary around to accommodate me and turned it round in a third of the time the main dealership were promising to do, and at a fair price too. It’s been an exceptional experience, thank you.
First time I’ve used RCV, having beforehand relied on a local main dealer. Service from the point of booking the job to collecting the vehicle was excellent and friendly throughout. Thoroughly recommended and will use again!

Always a really professional service and old fashioned courtesy from the RCV team. I also find the recommendations proactive and not necessarily the usual “computer says this so you need to spend X now”. They take a consultative approach to help you stay realistic while being totally transparent about things that need to be done right now. I cannot recommend highly enough
Your staff are extremely helpful and polite. The reception building is very unintimidating compared to other garages. The drop off and loan car were very easy to organise. The phone call keeping us informed of any issues/potential issues and costs was very helpful and didn’t feel like we were just being given a line for more money.
Your staff were unable to fully understand why a warning light had illuminated for the 2nd time. That said, service was exemplary as was the explanation and what to do if light comes on again.
Firstly, the cost was much better than the main dealer and the service was excellent – i was kept up to date at all times – in a friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant manner. Everything was completed to my satisfaction

Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The very smart, helpful, and elegant Laura who works in reception, and clearly does not spend her time crawling under Land Rovers, knew more about Land Rovers than me, and I have owned and fully disassembled and rebuilt Land Rovers since 1967. Nice to deal with a firm who know what they are doing.
Having previously had our Evoque serviced by Guy Salmon, our first experience at RCV was fantastic and everything was very well organised. We felt that we received an honest and value-for-money service and will certainly be returning for future services. Jenny was very efficient in providing a service plan quote which we will be proceeding with in order to spread the cost.
Your in depth vehicle knowledge and expertise easily beats our experience of Harwoods. Thank you all. We wouldn’t trust our car to be looked after anywhere else. My online query was answered quickly and thoroughly. The phone conversation gave me confidence my vehicle was in safe hands. This was my first experience of RCV having been looking for the costly 10 year Cam belt replacement service, Despite the price being almost the same as main dealer promo price, I still felt better to let RCV take the job. I believe I definitely made the right decision and have already promoted RCV to friends
